Human Sebocytes

• Description:

  Adult normal Primary Sebocytes are a vital research tool for a variety of applications from acne, seborrhoea and other sebaceous gland-related diseases studies in skin biology/cosmetic programs. AcceGen isolates normal human sebocytes from fully consented donors, under IRB approval. The cells are QC for purity and function using Keratin-7 and MUC-1 Staining and lipid accumulation. The sebocyte cultures are provided at >95% purity and full supported by our optimized media for the support and growth in vitro. All cells have been tested for fibroblast morphology and viability.
