QPCR Buffer

• Description :

  qPCR Buffer is optimized for use in real-time PCR applications. The buffer contains a well-balanced ratio of potassium-, ammonium- and magnesium-ions to ensure high specificity and minimal by-product formation in probe-based (TaqMan®) assays as well as in green-fluorescence DNA stain (intercalator dye) based assays. There is no additional optimization required for most assay set-ups.
