As an endogenous expression control an actin-specific RT-PCR was used (lower panel). M, marker pBR322 DNA BsuRI digested (two marker bands are indicated). (C) Western blot analysis of PSKR expression in nervous system (NS) and gut (G). A 68 kDa band was found in gut only.
