Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Donkey IgG [H&L] [Goat]

  • Reactivity:

    Donkey
  • Immunogen:

    Donkey IgG whole molecule
  • Type:

    Antibodies-Secondary
  • Applications:

Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase- based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
  • Concentration:

0.59 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
  • Purity:

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Donkey IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Goat Serum, Donkey IgG, and Donkey Serum.
  • Buffer:

    0.05M Tris Chloride, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.001M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol; pH 8.0
  • Shipping Conditions:

    Ice Pack
  • Storage Conditions:

Store vial at 4° C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE. This product is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of opening product.
  • Applications Notes:

This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Donkey IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code # NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:16,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher.
  • CAS Number:
