  CD19 is expressed by B cells, and is lost once the cells matures into plasma cells. The Anti-Mouse CD19 Antibody is characterized as isotype IgM. It can stimulate B cells to proceed into the S phase in presence of low molecular weight B cell growth factor (BCGF).
