Anti-HER2

• Description:

  This antibody binds to the extracellular domain of the HER2 receptor and inhibits the growth of SK-BR-3 breast tumor cells. The SK-BR-3 cell line overexpresses the HER2/c-erb-2 gene product. It does not cross-react with the human epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor and it will immunoprecipiate p185HER2.
