Description
Talotrexin (PT523), an analog of Aminopterin , is a nonpolyglutamatable classic antifolate. Talotrexin is a RFC (reduced folate carrier) specific inhibitor and selectively inhibits RFC transport. Talotrexin shows antitumor activity by targeting DHFR to inhibit tumor growth[1][2].
