• Description:

  A cell-permeable benzothiazole dye that exhibits enhanced fluorescence (Ex/Em 450/482 nm) upon binding to amyloid fibrils. Useful in monitoring stacked beta-sheet aggregates, Thioflavin T has also been used in histology and for protein characterization.
