  Concentrated buffer stock solution (5X) for one step permeabilization and blocking for immunofluorescence staining. Note: this buffer contains goat serum and therefore is not compatible with anti-goat and anti-sheep secondary antibodies. We recommend Permeabilization Buffer for use with anti-goat and anti-sheep secondary antibodies.
