Description
ZD06519 (7-Hydroxyethyl carbamate- (10Me-11F-Camptothecin) ) is a camptothecin analogue and a topoisomerase I inhibitor. ZD06519 is an ADC cytotoxin with a strong bystander effect, inhibiting a variety of malignancies such as HER2-positive and FRα-overexpressing tumors. ZD06519 inhibits DNA cleavage, relaxation, and reconnection processes, inducing tumor cell death. ZD06519 can be used for ADC synthesis and cancer research[1][2].
