  • Specificity:

    Antiserum was cross-adsorbed on bovine, chicken, horse, mouse, pig, rabbit, and rat immunosorbents to remove cross-reactive antibodies. By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with human IgG and with light chains common to other human immunoglobulins. Reactivity with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins is not detected.
