HEK293/Human Anti-CD19 Stable Cell Line
- Background: Chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) comprise interact domains, of which target cancer cell expressed antigens and allow T cell to efficiently kill the cancer cell. FMC63 is an IgG2a mouse monoclonal antibody specific for CD19, which is a target for the immunotherapy of B lineage leukaemias and lymphomas. FMC63 scFv is the most commonly used ectodomain component of CD19-specific CARs. Our CAR-like cells apply the HEK293 cells for the expression of FMC63 which will be presented on the cell membrane. It mimics the real CAR-T cell reaction and it is used as positive control for Anti-CD19 scFv Antibody flow cytometry detection.
