• Background: Human Interleukin-21 (IL-21) ELISA Kit (Residue Testing) is based on ELISA sandwich method and designed to detect and quantitative determine of GMP human IL-21 in samples from CAR-T product preparation processing. Results are obtained by four parameter logistic curve that were parallel to the standard curves obtained.
