Description
MERS-3A1 is a high-affinity human IgG1 monoclonal antibody produced in CHO cells. It potently blocks the binding of the MERS-CoV spike protein to its cellular receptor, DPP4. This antibody is a valuable tool for in vitro neutralization assays and in vivo therapeutic research against MERS-CoV infection.
