Description
Gresonitamab (AMG 910) is a half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) that binds CD3 on T cells and CLDN18.2 on tumor cells. It is a research tool for studying targeted T-cell cytotoxicity in CLDN18.2-positive adenocarcinomas, with applications in both in vitro and in vivo preclinical models.
