Description
Inbakicept is an IL-15 superagonist complex formed by fusing the IL-15 receptor alpha sushi domain to an IgG1 Fc fragment. It binds Nogapendekin alfa to form ALT-803, a 1:2 complex with demonstrated anticancer activity in preclinical studies of breast cancer and other malignancies, both in vitro and in vivo.
