Iratumumab (MDX-060) is a human anti-CD30 monoclonal antibody used in research for Hodgkin's lymphoma and anaplastic large-cell lymphoma. It functions by inhibiting the proliferation of CD30-positive tumor cells in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
