Izuralimab is a bispecific IgG1 antibody designed to simultaneously target the immune checkpoint proteins ICOS (CD278) and PD-1. This dual-targeting mechanism makes it a valuable tool for investigating T-cell activation and exhaustion in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo models of cancer immunology.
