Description
Lerdelimumab (CAT-152) is a human IgG4 monoclonal antibody designed to neutralize TGF-β2. It has been investigated preclinically as a potential anti-fibrotic agent to improve surgical outcomes in glaucoma, with studies conducted in both in vitro cell models and in vivo animal studies of wound healing.
