Vudalimab is a fully human bispecific antibody that concurrently blocks PD-1 and CTLA-4 immune checkpoints, promoting tumor-specific T-cell activation. It is a research tool for investigating combination checkpoint inhibition in oncology, applicable in both in vitro T-cell functional assays and in vivo tumor model studies.
