Description
Mecbotamab vedotin (BA3011) is a conditionally active biologic (CAB) antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting AXL. It is conjugated to the cytotoxic agent MMAE via a cleavable linker. This ADC is utilized in oncology research for studying targeted therapy in both in vitro and in vivo models of AXL-expressing cancers.
