Description
Gotistobart (ONC-392) is a humanized anti-CTLA-4 antibody designed to selectively deplete regulatory T cells (Tregs) within tumors, thereby potentiating anti-tumor immunity. It is utilized in immuno-oncology research for investigating combination therapies and has been evaluated in both in vitro functional assays and in vivo syngeneic tumor models.
