Tezepelumab (AMG 157) is a human monoclonal IgG2λ antibody that binds to and neutralizes TSLP, blocking its interaction with its receptor complex. It is a key research tool for investigating the role of the TSLP pathway in asthma pathogenesis, utilized in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo preclinical models of severe asthma.
