Description
Human TGFbeta1 (GenBank Accession No. NM_000660), a.a. 30-390 (end) with Cys33Ser mutation and N-terminal His-tag. Mature latent TGFbeta1 consists of disulfide-linked homodimers of TGFbeta1 latency-associated peptide (LAP) and mature TGFbeta1, MW= ~75 & 25 kDa under non-reducing conditions.
