• Storage Conditions:

  Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C, do not keep frozen. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after being thawed upon receipt.

• Formulation:

  F-12K Medium (Kaighn's Modification of Ham's F-12 Medium) supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 5 μg/ml of Puromycin to ensure recombinant expression.
