Description
MYADM (myeloid-associated differentiation marker) is an antigen in the cytoplasm of mature granulocytes. Markers of myeloid cells are useful in the identification of different levels of cellular differentiation. MYADM antibody reacts with early precursor and mature forms of human myeloid cells. It is useful for the detection of myeloid leukemias and granulocytic sarcomas.

IHC testing of FFPE human tonsil with MYDAM antibody (clone MYUP1) . FFPE testing requires sections to be boiled in pH 9 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes, prior to staining.
