Further information: LIF antibody can be used for detection of LIF by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunofluorescence starting at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunofluorescence in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 22 kDa Observed: 25 kDa
