Applications Notes
Further information: Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 13kD band in Human Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte lysates after 0.01 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 22.6kD according to NP_036224.1. The 13kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
