Further information: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 170kD band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum, Cerebral and Frontal Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 94.6kD according to NP_851996.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 ug/ml.
