Rabbit polyclonal to SALL1. Sal-like protein 1 (SALL1) is a zinc finger transcriptional repressor and may be part of the NuRD histone deacetylase complex (HDAC) . SALL1 is a transcriptional repressor involved in organogenesis. Defects in the SALL1 gene are a cause of Townes-Brocks syndrome (TBS) as well as bronchio-otorenal syndrome (BOR) .
