Description
Rabbit polyclonal to IKZF3. Zinc finger protein Aiolos (IKZF3) belongs to the Ikaros C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. IKZF3 is a transcription factor that plays an important role in the regulation of lymphocyte differentiation. IKZF3 plays an essential role in regulation of B-cell differentiation, proliferation and maturation to an effector state. Additionally, IKZF3 is involved in regulating BCL2 expression and controlling apoptosis in Tcells in an IL2-dependent manner.
