Description
Rabbit polyclonal to BTLA.B-and T-lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. BTLA is alymphocyte inhibitory receptor which inhibits lymphocytes during immune response. BTLA isexpressed in splenic T-and B-cells as well as lymph node tissues, but very weakly in somatic tissues.BTLA is also expressed in macrophages, NK cells and dendritic cells.
