Goat polyclonal antibody to BCL2. This protein belongs to a family that act as anti- or pro-apoptotic regulators that are involved in a wide variety of cellular activities. Regulates cell death by controlling the mitochondrial membrane permeability and appears to function in a feedback loop system with caspases.
