  MagicTM Mammalian Cell-Free Protein Expression Kit is a cell-free protein synthesis system using human cell extracts to rapidly express and manufacture large amounts of target proteins. This system contains all the required components for protein synthesis (ribosomes, translation initiation/elongation/enhancement factors, tRNA, polymerase, amino acids, ATP etc.) and allows protein synthesis to occur at high efficiency and high yield. Modifications such as glycosylation and phosphorylation could be easily obtained. The procedure can be performed in a single reaction tube from RNA transcription to protein synthesis. This in vitro cell-free expression system provides the benefits of microliter scale reactions and speed. With results available in a few hours, the kit saves valuable laboratory time and is ideal for high throughput technologies.
