Lasmiditan hemisuccinate
- Description: Lasmiditan hemisuccinate is a highly selective serotonin 5-HT(1F) receptor agonist. It shows high-affinity for 5-HT(1F) receptor with a Ki value of 2.21 nM in vitro. Oral administration of lasmiditan (3 mg/kg) inhibited markers associated with electrical stimulation of the trigeminal ganglion in rodent models of migraine. It is approved for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults.
