Description:
Dutasteride (GG745) is a potent inhibitor of both 5α-reductase isozymes (IC₅₀ = 6 nM 5-AR1; 7 nM 5-AR2). Dutasteride may possess off-target effects on the androgen receptor (AR) due to its structural similarity to DHT.
