- Description: The Expression Media Optimization Kit™ ready to use 15 mL each media enables researchers to determine the best media formulation that yields the highest amount of target protein. Since the production of a given recombinant protein can vary significantly depending on the type of medium employed the EMSK™ provides sterile liquid aliquots of fifteen expression broths including eleven proprietary formulations as well as Animal Product Free (APF) versions of Miller and Lennox. The ready to use liquid kit contain 15 mL of each medium.
