Applications Notes

This Anti-AKT affinity purified antibody is tested for ELISA and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user for IF and IHC. Expect a band approximately 55-60 kDa in size corresponding to AKT1 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Cell Signaling, Neuroscience, Signal Transduction research.
