Applications Notes
Aubergine affinity-purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. By western blot a band approximately 98 kDa in size corresponding to Aubergine protein is expected in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
