Termination: This contract may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. However, if the customer terminates the contract within the first year, they will be responsible for paying a termination fee of $499.00 5. Warranty: The service provider warrants that all work performed under this contract will be performed in a professional and timely manner. The service provider also warrants that all parts and labor used to repair the equipment will be new and of good quality. 6. Liability The service provider is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the performance of this contract. The service provider's liability is limited to the cost of the services performed under this contract.
