CDPCP (cis-[Pt (NH3) 2 (N1-pyridine) Cl]Cl) is a DNA crosslinking agent and also a substrate for OCT1 and OCT2. DPCP exhibits anticancer activity and can improve the survival rate of sarcoma-180 mice. cDPCP is suitable for the research of colorectal cancer and cancers with appropriate cation transporters[1][2].
