Anti-Gamma Delta TCR [B1.1], Mouse IgG1, kappa
- Gene Name: [TCR]
- NCBI Gene ID: 915
- Reactivity: Human, cynomolgus monkey, rhesus monkey
- Storage Conditions: Store at 4 °C for up to 3 months. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20 °C.
- Specificity: This antibody is specific for the human TCR delta and gamma chains. The T-cell receptor (TCR) is a molecule found on the surface of T cells, or T lymphocytes, that is responsible for recognizing fragments of antigen as peptides bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. On activation through antigen presenting cells (APCs), TCR-mediated signals are transmitted across the cell membrane by the CD3 chains CD3D, CD3E, CD3G and CD3Z. TCR part of the TCR-CD3 complex present on T-lymphocyte cell surface that plays an essential role in adaptive immune response.
