Applications Notes
ELISA:In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), when used as a capture antibody at a concentration of 2.0-4.0 μg/mL, this antibody will detect at least 100 pg/mL of recombinant human BMP-7/OP-1 when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified-hBMP-7 as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μg/mL.
