Western blot: 2-4 μg/mLFlow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cellsImmunohistochemistry (Paraffin) : 3-5 μg/mL (1) 1. For optimal TLR9 staining, formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
