Applications Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx. 40kDa band observed in Mouse Skeletal Muscle lysates (calculated MW of 41.5kDa according to Mouse NP_080622.1) . Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Rat and Pig Skeletal Muscle, and Pig Heart for this particular batch.
