Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 25kDa band observed in Human Adrenal Gland lysates and in preliminary testing of HeLa and Jurkat cell lyate (calculated MW of 23.4kDa according to NP_001179.1. Recommended concentration: 0.5-1μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
