Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 30+35kDa bands observed in Human Colon lysates (calculated MW of 35.1kDa according to NP_000117.1 and of 30.0kDa according to NP_001121188.1. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland and Heart. Recommended concentration: 5μg/mL.
