Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.Western Blot:Approx. 65kDa band observed in Human Brain (hippocampus) and Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 47.6kDa according to NP_005630.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Matthew et al, J Cell Biol. 1981 Oct;91 (1) :257-69.; PMID: 7298720) . Recommended concentration: 0.3-1μg/mL.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Brain shows vesicular staining in neuronal cell and axon. Recommended concentration: 4-6μg/mL.
