Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 80kDa band observed in Human and Mouse Pancreas lysates (calculated MW of 80.8kDa according to Human NP_602298.2 and 80.5kDa accodring to Mouse NP_599252.2) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
