Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 60kDa band observed in Human Tonsil and Mouse Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 49.5kDa according to NP_002689.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Pelis et al, Am J Physiol Renal Physiol. 2006 May;290 (5) :F1118-26. PMID: 16368738) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/mL.
